Carr's Cars is owned and operated by Paul and Lee Carr who have raised their family on Sydney's Northern Beaches. Viewing is by appointment, The focus is on the needs of the client so as not to rush the buying experience and you have the opportunity to get to know the car you’ve enquired about. The reality of my experience

We all know the reputation used car dealers have.

I haven't bought a car from a used car dealer in a long time. And so it was with much trepidation I made the decision to purchase my latest vehicle from Carr's Cars.

The reality of my experience however, goes a long way to dispelling the above legend. At least in Paul Carr's case.

He doesn't discount the advertised price, which can be both a bit annoying and discomforting. That said, once you have made the decision to purchase, Paul really does go the whole mile to ensure your purchasing experience leaves you with no regrets.

The car I purchased from him needed some wheel refurbishment which he took care of incl. in the price. After delivery, I noticed a chunk missing from 1 tyre which Paul agreed to go halves in the replacement. He then noticed a chunk missing from another tyre, so organised a second replacement - still halves.

Shortly thereafter I noticed a number of other issues, all within the 3mth warranty period. He also took care of those matters with no issues.

Long story, short: The guy does what he says and appears to trade on his reputation. Which in my own personal experience is solid. And I would purchase from him again without concern.
Refreshing change of attitude

They listened attentively to establish my needs and then worked tirelessly to meet them, without ever making me (who is somewhat less auto-savvy) feel foolish...or ripped off. It's a genuine pleasure to be a customer of such a caring business and recipient of thorough and professional service - from initial discussion to drive-away and beyond. They take their work seriously and take pride in providing personal attention to and interest in their customers. No other car dealership I have ever dealt with can claim so much.
